No time to go to Hipko - this is how things go to hell, being nice & flexible in one way but it doesn't reflect back.

As an example,
It is like a person who is working for the company X, answering emails and phone calls from clients during the evening and weekend and then the company HR complains that your lunch break took 35 minutes instead of 30 minutes 2 weeks ago on random Tuesday.

That is how flexibility ends - bitching about the issues that doesn't matter anything in a big picture.

Some people deserve only small screen.
