Short run with Rio - he was not in the mood for a run, but my fault, I woke him up during his nap that lets go for a run.

Today's series was 3x5 reps, without extra weight, from seated position.



Also explosive push ups with medicine ball, switching hands and crazy core movements.

Next 8 weeks consist lots of jumps, explosive power and of course those "nice" core training sections.

Spring is here, running in shorts and short sleeves. =D =D

Running felt good and I was running with new shoes, got also bit excited and run short sections on trails & hills.

Sleeping well, with melatonin. Felt rested in the morning.

HR were showing nothing first, then 186, then 37 and eventually 194.
Time to change a battery to HR belt maybe... =D =D

The most stupid thing in this is that when you select normal running on watch, it counts "performance" based on pace and HR related to your zones. So the whole performance figure is completely fucked up. And it cannot be edited or erased... great...

Anyways, running was good, opposing wind and raining.
Sonic Pro 2 is working well on these paces.

Some stomach problems caused few stops.

Went to bed already 2130 but fell to sleep around 0130.
Plan was to run longer run in the morning but were forced to adjust alarm from 0530 to 0730 to get maximum amount of sleep.

Anyways, the running was really relaxed and easy going.
HR was showing all the time 174 so again it jammed to some crazy figure.

I guess 140-145 as an average is more close to the actual truth.

Increasing pace steady on uphill section and after the hill.
Running felt easy and relaxed, well balanced step on top of running.

Uphill km @ 4:26.
Section after @ 3:52.

Who the hell need indoor track anyways when there is no more ice on the roads...?

Running with big pack to work, HPT gear, exchange clothes, jacket, few pairs of shoes.

Finally all the snow and ice are gone from the asphalt.
Gravel & trails are still covered with ice.
