Supposed to be 3.5 hr ride followed by 30 min run - brick workout but stuck with the group, decided to cut it short.
Still not comfortable with new IM setup on my tri bike. Seat height was raised couple inches and the first 2 hrs felt good but stated feeling the effects in the end - almost got dropped from the group twice and extra push left me tired!
25mins run followed by bike felt good as always!
