lost about 2 miles due to garmin user error 2x20 min SS with 8-10 surges of 110% FTP. i’m doing this all by HR so not super sure if i’m hitting targets exactly but it felt great.
a hot day and we didn't help ourselves by starting at 11...but made the best of it. honestly i felt really good on the bike, lots more in the tank but purposefully kept it zone 2 and enjoyed the v flat route. the "run" is coming along, extremely slowly!
a hot one! started at Walnut Grill and rode out to St. Albans to check out the remodeled general store. it's really nice in there. felt ok on the flats.
