Paddlng 1:00:00 [3]

Good solid paddle with 'Goose at Island lake, on a gusty day. Felt good to actually work fairly hard!

Cycling 1:00:00 [2]
(injured)

Easy ride through Palgrave West to the rail trail. Met a buff looking Scooby and Rocky running East and rode back with them.
You know, riding a flat rail trail I don't even know my knee's bad.

Strength (Kneehab) 10:00 [1]
(injured)

A little bit of leg strength according to doc T of D.
Extensions were no problem, and squats against a wall with a ball were OK, but hamstring curls were horrible even with the lightest possible weight well before a 90 degree bend.

Note- a couple of days off hasn't really helped. The knee seems to lock up if I don't keep it mobile. Flat easy riding is best. Wish I was a Roadie right now!

Cycling (Kneehab) 50:00 [2]
(injured)

Another very easy commute.
My knee was feeling better but I woke up when Bulletdog lay on it last night- Ouch!

Couple of days off coming up.

Cycling (Kneehab) 25:00 [2]
(injured)

Gentle granny-gear commute. Still no power on the climbs, but spinning along's not too bad. Bulletdog enjoyed the cool weather.

Cycling (Kneehab) 25:00 [2]
(injured)

Knee felt better on the commute home. Bulletdog enjoyed the romp.

Strength (Home gym) 45:00 [2]

Workout #2- upper body only.

Paddlng 1:15:00 [2]
(injured)

Paddling a very shallow Island Lake with Bash and Ms LD.
Nice to be off the couch.

Note- I got in trouble for taking the pruners out to cut a bypass to the fire damaged trail. "You should be resting".

Strength (core) 40:00 [2]

The dreaded Hard Core DVD. I modified the plank section a bit for my bad leg.
