Cycling (Trainer) 25:00 [2]

My knee was sore after sitting around on a surgical course for 2 days, so I did a late evening spin to loosen up a bit.

Another easy trot to work. So far so good. I got the bionic knee brace today from LeAnimal, and will try it out at RTH (Volunteering, not racing)

Watched the TDF 2000 up to stage 10. Hmm, just before the Pyrenees and Lance is over 5 minutes back. However will it end up??

Actually got up to level 3 for a bit and the knee felt OK.

Did the Rollercoaster trail to work, then through the Reddington paved areas. I was able to run 2/3 of it(!) - the bits with easy footing. My knee didn't hurt, for the first time in 68 days.

An easy jog/hike home in the dark with Bulletdog. More jog than hike.

Hiking (Commute) 40:00 [1]

Hike/ Jog to work with Bulletdog. I jogged most of the flat clear bits (maybe 1km) and my knee was OK. Not a running pace, but it's a start.

I still can't lift diddly with a hamstring curl.

The dreaded Hard Core DVD, without the plank bits that hurt my knee.

Hiking (Hike/ Jog with poles.) 1:15:00 [1]

T-dog and I went for a hike/ jog while Bulletdog pinballed between me and the running Bash & 'Goose until Bash put her on leash. Mostly hiking, but T-dog had me a a light jog here and there.

Note- I got a bionic knee brace from T of D, but it's a bit small. I should have a new one by Tuesday to try.
