Short of time so I had to superset a bit. Zoolander knows what I mean.

XC Skiing (Commute) 1:05:00 [3]

Fairly quick ski to work as the snow started to fall, and back in a full-on blizzard at 9PM. Loved it! Just imagine if I had grandchildren.
"I had to ski home in the dark in a blizzard."

Hard slosh to work in the deep slush with snowshoes and ski poles.

Note

I was going to ski or snowshoe to work despite the forecast of freezing drizzle, but my knee's sore from yesterday's hill intervals anyway.

XC Skiing (Classic) 40:00 [3]

Out breaking trail in sticky conditions. Still nice to be out.

Snowshoeing hills 25:00 [4]

High level 4 hill intervals. Kept it below level 5. I used the ski as a warmup.

Once again my legs felt like lead and the intervals wiped me out afterwards , but I did them..
