Note

Another cyclist to whom the laws of physics don't apply, after a bit of a bumpy start.

Am I posting too many cycling video links?

Misc 1:00:00 [1]

Assorted trail work on the Palgrave area with Steve from TRCA and other Trail Captains.
We also took Steve for a hike to peruse some of the closed trails, and there's a glimmer of hope that a decent loop will re-open in the North end.

Note
(rest day)

Lousy night's sleep for no reason, woke up feeling beat- time for a rest day.

I noticed I had 1 rest day since Sept 28 and spent that day hauling stuff around, so I guess I'm due.

Cycling (Commute) 55:00 [3]

I almost made it off our property when I noticed I was running about 3PSI in my back tire. Guess the Notubes need resealing on the Omega.

Peak 2 Peak.
Ran a pretty good race, except for a multiple mess-up from 5-6.
After walk-the-line I was running with Sudden and Griz, when I spotted 8 ahead. Normally following is bad etiquette, but just as I was going to punch 8 Sudden popped out and ran off with the control, with me in pursuit. Turns out he and Griz were in the right spot and the control wasn't, so they moved it.
Mostly level 3 except from end of WtL to 10 with the big dogs.

Perfect day, great turnout, and we carpooled in the Goosemobile, which gets us special parking at MEC afterwards.
