Good solid ride on the trainer up the alps with Sella (Giro 08 stage 14). So-o-o glad to finally get to the top- they almost cracked me, but my knee felt OK. Up to a 16% grade here, and the Dolomites are coming up.

Part of workout 3. T of D recommended some leg extensions and hamstring curls, but my knee hurt way too much on the extensions for anything but a piddling weight.
Pouring rain and my meniscus is sore, so I'm driving to work today.
Some funny sore spots from even a few minutes of running barefoot. Probably good for me to exercise those muscles.

Definitely getting the Chi/ Pose running- my feet are moving in circles, not back-and-forth.
I could feel the knee a bit with every stride toward the end. Not serious pain, but it's there.I still dunno if I should just avoid running or suck it up and keep going.
