Note

Woo hoo, got a date for my knee surgery on Sept 24th thanks to a cancellation!
Good thing, it's still bugging me after last weekend.

Strength (Home Gym+) 1:00:00 [2]

Workout #3 including some sets of 8 chin-ups (Is that all I can do now?) and some extra wobble-board pushups.
Also leg strength.

Part of workout #2, but had to cut it short to go bring T-dog back home from her overnight stay at the vet. She seems to be doing a little better.

Too hot and smoggy for dogs, or for anything but a short easy ride.

Already warm in the morning- the plan was a car ride for us back with Bash as it's too hot and smoggy for Bulletdog to run home.
