The pushups aren't all that hard but my left shoulder's getting sore.

It's been 2 months since my surgery, and this is the day Dr. Larry said I can run.
To be cautious, I did 2min walk, 2min run. Concentrated on ideal form during the run bits.
Felt OK, but I skipped the last interval as it started to hurt, even for a piddly 2 minutes at a time. Definitely not pain-free yet. @#% knee!
Note- also took T-dog for a lap of the F&M trail. The sr. pooch sure loves the cold, but this is plenty for her.
