More sets with fewer reps of pull-ups than I'd normally do.

Knee's a touch sore from yesterday, so I skipped the 1-leg wall/ball squats and 1-leg hamstring bridges on the ball.

Huge log has been across the trail for weeks, so I did the manly thing and took it out old-school with an axe. I'm logging this as I was sweating up a storm, and had bleeding blisters by the end, but I got the sucker out of there.
Certainly not ski weather.
Foothab, kneehab and workout 1. Includes a relatively feeble 10+9+7pull-ups on some newly installed ceiling grips- Iost other strength during all the pushup stuff.

Fast ski around Albion. Good machine-set tracks, but dirty with leaves and stuff. Hardest I've worked in a long time.
Blew the dust of Bash Sr's home gym and used it hard.
Also kneehab, foothab. I'm wondering if the kneehab is actually making things worse- I can feel it during some exercises, and am thinking of taking a kneehab vacation. Stupid knee.
