Workout 1 plus extra pull-ups, some core, and full foot/kneehab.

Running intervals 30:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks CP4 Yellow

Coach Spaff has me on 5 minute on, 2 off now.
Felt quick on the running bits.

Actually, after the last interval, that was enough for my ankle.

Cycling (Commute +) 1:25:00 [3]

Good ride in on the Omega with a bit of oomph on the uphills, then the last bit of Red Dog and all of Salty Stephen on the way home. I think it's better on the big 'bent. Nice outing on singletrack that's finally not too muddy.

Spaff wanted me to bike, but it's pouring out so it's trainer time.
Got the HR up pretty well.

Over to the Erg for a spin. Kneehab after.

Hike/ jog to work. A handful of 2-minute run intervals- all I'm allowed.

Found a little purpose-built singletrack in the park behind my Mom's place in Toronto. A bit technical for the Omega in spots, but a good find.

Ankle's not too bad from Saturday. Now I'm in the Orthotics, Barefoot Science Insoles or Minimalist Shoes conundrum.
