Running 2:19:38 intensity: (54:00 @2) + (1:25:38 @4) 22.62 km (6:10 / km) +253m 5:51 / km
shoes: Brooks CP6 Green

With Bash to the stile atop K2, then a fast loop alone of all the Glen Haffy trails and back.

First 55 minutes were at 7 min/km. I was pleased to see the rest of the run was in the low 5s, with some km splits in the low 4s. Most solid run in quite a while.

Strength (Home Gym ) 1:00:00 [2]

Workout #2 old school + foot/kneehab.

Strength (Core) 17:00 [2]

Luckily, the evil Caron had us do a lot of plank sequences, which I feel like I can do all day, unlike things like legs-raised-straight-crunches that need hamstring flexibility.

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Live music and treats after!

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Workout 1, KB, foot and kneehab. It's time consuming, but I do get to learn a lot about mega-engineering, ship building and WW2 tank history.

Running 45:00 [4]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Solid run to work with Bulletdog.

The recovering BZdog was so eager to run with us he was galloping in place and diggig divots out of the ground as I tried to hold him back for his short outing on leash.

Cycling (Commute) 50:00 [2]

Ground still frozen but my extremities were not, so good biking weather- for now.

Orienteering race 51:00 [4]
shoes: Icebugs red

Thomass chase. Turns out Andre L chose the same controls for the box as I did, and it turned into an Andre chase.

I lost my borrowed SI early on ($%& !@$- even had it safety pinned to my glove) so I figured I might as well run with Andre and use his punch times. I can keep up, but can't navigate that fast so it was basically just a good workout.

AL was 2nd adult behind his son Serghei (The kid's winner, Eugenius Jr was around 30 minutes.)

Running 30:00 [2]
shoes: Icebugs red

Warmup, and fruitless cooldown run back to F to scour the rose-thorn patch north of the control for my borrowed SI. Seems I've misplaced my regular one with the wrist strap too.
