Running 30:00 [2]

Short run to tire the hounds . Did total 100 pushups during sniffing breaks.

Strength (Home Gym +) 1:15:00 [2]

Kneehab, foothab, 100 pushups in between exercises, workout #3.
Also built up another Bentblaster V4.2 between sets, so it was a long workout.

Running 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Hilly loop in Palgrave West, then long loop in Palgrave East in an attempt to burn off some of BZDog's 10 days of pent-up energy. I had to switch hands to avoid getting one massive bicep on the side that's holding back the mighty pooch, especially when Bulletdog takes off after something.
Man, Hammer should take Bazingadog instead of me for the snowshoe raid. With him towing and Hammer steering nobody else would have a chance.

Note

Bazingadog should log some strength. He's getting so fed up with his crate post surgery that he grabbed the bottom of the door frame and significantly deformed the steel bars.

Running 1:03:00 [1]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Bazingadog's finally ready to drag me to work and back- gently.

Running 25:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Easy run to work- the knee is feeling it after Saturday's hammering, but not as bad as I expected.

Running (Commute) 27:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Dark, rainy and muddy commute.

Hiking 20:00 [1]

I wouldn't normally log hiking, but this was a jog-hike as I was hauled around by 68lbs of pure muscle and pent-up energy. BZdog's not crazy about the enforced post-surgery inactivity.

Cycling 1:08:00 [2]

Out riding the trails of Palgrave with Bash, since there's still no decent skiing.
Nice winter ride. We skipped the rootiest singletrack, but covered a lot of the rest.
