Started out as a good lap, until my chain snapped. Repair was hard in the bush, and didn't work right so I had to re- do it twice. And lost my quick link and had to shorten the chain, which jammed and took 3 of us to clear on course.

1:11 lap time including repairs. Moving time posted from my GPS.

Ran Bazingadog over to the fenced property so he could swim and tear around with his buddy Gunny. The 2 of them vanished for a good 10 minutes instead of following me, but they have 3 days worth of pent-up energy in there.

Easy foot/kneehab and some cable gym, pullup and KB work.

Giving my knee the morning off. Maybe a light spin after work to loosen it up.

Nope- huge thunderstorm. Had to drive to my meeting for the first time in months.

Early AM lap around the 24 hr Albion course.
Already 27c and humid by 7:30 AM. I could definitely feel my knee from the weekend.

Course is pretty flat- all the bigger climbs are out.
Should be good for single speeds- I certainly didn't need my little ring.
Trails are bone dry and in great shape, but sandy bits may get loose if it doesn't rain a bit.

Noticed the adductors that are sore are the ones that lift my knee up, not pull the knees together. Maybe they need more training.
