Woke up with the sorest knee in months- maybe from sleeping funny, or trying to find a plug under a desk on my knees?
Wasn't this bad right after NFEC but probably residual.
Careful foot/kneehab, workout 1 + 100 push-ups + kbs and some core.
My legs felt pretty good today. The calves and quads were sore yesterday, and I could feel the knee.
I haven't tested the knee yet running- this time I am going to really take recovery seriously for once, after the hammering I gave it the last 2 weeks.
Bash was asking if I wanted to join Team AP at the 5-peaks. Haw haw.
