Out to tire the hounds. Would have liked to run in Toronto with Bash and the gang at the Salomon store, but Bazingadog would have demolished the house. He was awful on the run where there was an abundance of deer, dragging me all over. He's wiped out now.

Cycling (Commute) 55:00 [2]

Easy ride in with Bulletdog on nice frozen ground. Ominous blood red sky at dawn.

Ride back was in the dark and windy night with freezing rain, but I was toasty in Pogies and Northwave boots. Maybe I'm nuts, but I had more fun than riding the trainer.

Christmas yoga class with Caron. Live music, cookies...
Lo-ball, Bob and friend came too. Her first yoga class, and she can do a perfect Cobra pose!

Decent workout #3 + some kbs and Foot/kneehab.

Running (Commute +) 1:05:00 intensity: (35:00 @3) + (30:00 @4)

Solid run with the frustrated Deer Hunter Bazinga-if-only-I-could-ditch-this-70kg-of-dead-weight-Dog. Challenging in Palgrave West as we followed a herd of 6 big deer, but he settled down for a good fast tour of Palgrave East.

Drying up- maybe back on the bike soon.

Solid run with the Megabeastie. I had to cut his sniffing time short on the way in so we did extra single track home.

Bah Humbug- 7c and muddy out. Working on a bigger mudguard for the 'bent.

Grr- freezing rain out, so onto the trainer. Fairly hard session.

Workout 2 on the cable gym + a few pull-ups.
