First lap with the dogs around here, then run North from the Dingle through Glen Haffy, past 9 to the Gazebo section where I met Slowrunner and ran with her for a few minutes before I had to turn back.
Legs felt good, hills felt easy, but my cracked toe hurt a bit and I could feel my knee at the end, so I kept it to around 4 hrs even though I had lots of energy left. Probably my last long run before CCC.
Perfect conditions- if only it was always like this.
Finished off my series of French podcasts, so time to review some of the harder ones.

Total bluebird day! We'd planned a 4 hr hike with full pack and poles, but it was too nice to just go up Algonquin Peak, so we also went up Wright, Boundary and Iroquois.
Lots of rocky scrambling again , but once out of the tree line the going was good and the views astounding.
No hill sprinting today, but the legs may just be feeling a bit tired.
Been a great 3 days. Superb dinner at the ADK Brewing Co after.

Fast hike/ jog with Bash. Download to follow.
Spaff had said if we felt tired from yesterday we should do a flattish 2hr run with some faster bits. Sorry Spaff, felt great this morning, so we climbed Giant Mountain, with an extra loop for the Nubble. Footing was much better for the most part, and we often hit runnable open rock with nice views.
Legs felt full of gas, and I would run ahead up the steep slopes for a few minutes then run back down to Bash.
We got hit by one downpour, where we sheltered in some cedars until it blew over, but even though the trail was slipperier and wet after we had good views at the summit.
Good workout on the way up, and a nice trip with great views.
Green 12+3 skin pack fit the gear far better, so I guess it's coming to CCC.
