Dusted off the pedal mower and cut the fenced part of the yard. Dogs thought it was the most boring bike ride ever.

Great run in the Dundas Valley with BGY, Bender, Trav, Trix and AD. Mostly steady pace, but a few fast bits.
I ran OK on flats and the Hokas really roll on the downs, but the 2 big boys and the dogs dropped me like a greased anvil on the big climbs up K2 and Farmer's hills.
Great coffee and a ride in the Futuremobile after, then lunch and beer at Chez BGY!

Nice ride around Palgrave East with my big buddy, who was running well and enjoyed 2 swims.

Was that a bit of speed I had? My go-fast shoes are a bit hard on the achilles, but I was able to actually boot it a bit with AD and we did extras.

Found an odd little bony spur and some retrocalcineal (behind the heel) calcificafions that showed up on x-ray, exactly where the heel hurts on the medial side. Will get more thorough x-rays and ultrasound.
