Hot, hard and hilly run from Innis Lake up past 9 to the high field and back.
Legs took a while to warm up, but got moving well on the final flattish bits.
Woo hoo- Veinbuster and I got the new Kodiak carbon 'bent put together and tested out. It took some fiddling and different combinations and permutations, but we were able to ride both 'bents over to the Wheelie trails by the end.
Spent some time putting the new carbon 'bent together, so only abbreviated workout1 + foot/kneehab.

Still hot for my night ride home. No dogs.
Saw a bald eagle at the quarry. Didn't cause any disasters, but gave wine and doggie biscuits to my victim of last week.

Last class for me. I finally managed to fall in during a headstand attempt, although Caron kindly pointed out that TD cannonballed over right next to me creating a tsunami. Maybe he saw my imminent collapse and took one for the team.
Finally got the headstand for maybe 2 seconds after, but at least it felt static for once vs dynamic.
