Note

Chris Boardman's track record on an unfaired bike just got beaten by amateur Mattias Koenig on an unfaired recumbent. This record has stood since 1996, even though Boardman's Lotus track bike has since been labelled illegal for the hour record. Boardman is an olympic gold medalist.

shoes: New Balance Leadville 3

Run with Goose from the Tai Chi centre to Hockley. Great to be out but leg felt tight. Not sure if blood donation Tuesday is still affecting me, but this was far enough.

Pickup by Coach LD with great recovery goodies, then back to pooch care.
