Running 50:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Caldera blue

Fast trot in the Don Valley/ Earl Bales park. Up and down the valley trails- some places I had 2kg mud bricks on my shoes, but mostly fine.

Running 40:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Sense Ultra SG

Great spring run with both dogs. Much Wildlife.

Cycling 1:10:00 [3]

In Toronto, and needed to bed in the studs on next year’s ice spiker tires on pavement, so rode the paved bikeway from Yonge and Finch to Keele under the hydro corridor and around Ross Lord. Dedicated bike traffic lights that change right when you hit the button- wow!

Paddlng (erg) 40:00 [2]

Paddled up a few blisters in the basement.

Cycling hills 1:25:00 [3]

First lap of the Charlevoix trails via the hilly figure 8. Yay, someone cleared the fallen trees! Full on spring greenery and bird calls in perfect weather.
Second lap was with AD- we took the rollercoaster to work.
Beautiful night ride home too.

Running 55:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Sense Ultra SG

Commute with Bazingadog. He was perfect on the commute in, never touched the line or collar even when 2 deer crashed out in front of us. Didn’t have to constantly nag him to stay close either.

On the way home he got his line messed up. I had to unclip him briefly and *bam* he was gone despite his e-collar and my yelling.

He came back about 15 min later, panting like crazy, and it was walk-of-shame home. Stupid bugger may never be ok off his long line, and frankly it’s a pain.
