Cycling 1:52:11 [3] 20.85 km (11.2 kph) +291m

Minnising trail. The outer loop was closed, so we did one section twice. It didn’t seem as rough as it has at other years.
4 PM

Paddlng 54:19 [3] 5.54 km (6.1 kph)

Paddle in kayaks to the rock where we got married.
It was occupied, but the ladies were shocked and thrilled to hear we got married there 22 years ago, as one of them was on the next campsite at the time and has told the story many times. They invited us up for wine!

Nice swim after.

Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 3.5 red

2-dog run. Bazingadog was frisking like a puppy both on the commute and at work, thanks to the cool weather.

Running 27:00 [3]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 3.5 red

Solid run home as cool weather and Bambi inspired Bazingadog.

Running 45:00 [3]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 3.5 red

2-dog run to the wheelie pond before it got too hot. Still arrived home drenched.

Workout 1 + rehab.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Commute with some extra singletrack and hill repeats.
Arrived drenched- way too hot to bring a dog.
Even hotter ride home via the rollercoaster.

Paddlng 1:00:42 [3] 6.74 km (6.7 kph) +2m

Paddle with Browner in our big whitewater boat from Princeton shores.
A bit breezy to start, and it got rougher as we headed East. Glad we came back when we did. Bash bobbed along easily in the surf ski.

Cycling 2:01:00 [3] 40.48 km (20.1 kph) +169m

Trip from ABC to Thornbury with Bash and Browned. We got a good paceline going into the headwind and threw in a Camperdown climb too.
Next up was a flight of cider at the Thornbury cidery, and an easier ride back with a lunch stop at Shale Rock cafe.
