Run with Bash and the hounds in Dingle/Haffy trails.
Kept the big guy on leash for the first hour, then tried the longline but it was more of a hassle, so back to leash. Close encounter with a deer where the big guy sat instantly on command, but AD took off and was gone for a while! Very unlike him.

Nasty and rainy out.
Got an unexpected strength workout on my drive to my doctor’s appt using kids as kettlebells as a neighbour and I extracted them from here.
We had to pass them up from the back emergency exit door.



Everyone was ok, but the driver and some smaller kids were a bit shaken up. The neighbour took them to his house to wait for another bus.

Did workout 2 + rehab when I got home.

Egg nog jog at Albion Hills. 600 runners in the 5 and 10k.
First road run in a couple of years. Went not too badly for a hilly course.
I was surprised to win my category amongst the roadies.
