Feeling too feeble to ski, we took the hounds to the Bruce trail North of highlands for a nice hike in shockingly wintery conditions. I couldn’t seem to get warm, but it was great to be out.

Fighting a cold, but didn’t want to miss Caron’s Christmas yoga class with live music. Class is a bit easier, and featured variations on boat pose like Gravy Boat pose etc.

Nice party after at the Reids’ place, but dirt roads were shiny glass glazed in the dark, fog and pouring rain. AWD and snow tires barely got a grip on a thin patch of gravel near the ditch.

Singletrack in Palgrave was icy, but the studded tires ride it better than all but the driest summer conditions. AD doesn't care...
Nice night ride home.

Commute with the big boy. We were venison-paced for about half a km on the way there, but the big guy also ran hard on the way home- guess he likes cold moonlit night runs.

Hilly ride with the beasts. Passed 8 new “Trail closed, no entry” signs, on every single section but the main OR Trail. Riiiiiight.
