Run out to Palgrave East and the new little singletrack section. Also checked out an old trail that is still not reopened. Then I heard a boom of thunder and headed back in torrential rain.

Running 20:00 [1]
shoes: Topo Terraventure

Easy hike jog with the dogs early in the morning, but once again FDFs and heat had me shut it down short.

Strength 40:00 [3]

Partial workout 1. Off to spend the rest of the day sorting out IT problems.

Running 20:00 [2]
shoes: Topo Terraventure

Hosed down the dogs for an easy run. Already warm and humid at 8AM, and the deerflies were bad (not RockstAR bad) so cut it short.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Workout 3 in the nice cool basement. Weak- been skipping these workouts.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Commute+ on another steamer.
New Singletrack Day! Found a brand new section connecting 2 existing bits North of the pond. Wonder who's building them?

Cycling 20:00 [3]

Night ride home- just before dark.

Kolapore with Bash. Pics on Bash’s log.
We started at County Forest, up John’s Portage, over the rocks under Red Death to the UTOC cabin, then back up the long Wild Mouse climb and Kingsway.

Just a fantastic outing in jaw-dropping forest. No purpose-built features or twists, but enough natural rocks etc to keep it interesting. Must Ride Here More.

Note- the old Best Bike Works steed needs a new front fork. This one clanks on bumps. And a new drivetrain and enduro rear tire wouldn’t hurt.
