Tour de Collingwood and then train trail to Stayner for a bakery and social visit, then home. Thanks to the Collingwood Condor for the tour!

Hiked the hounds on a cool soggy morning over to the Gulch. The big guy was bursting with energy in the cool weather.

Paddlng 1:40:24 [3] 12.31 km (7.4 kph)

Beaver River with Goose and Coach LD. This time we did a car shuttle (gasp) and paddled 1 way downstream. And then had them over for dinner after! Double-vax shades of normal life.

Pretty river with Tarno- and Gally.
Tarno was flying up the hills today. Took me a while to warm up- just didn’t have it for the big first climb. Same route and time as last time.

Fixed the distance- my gps seems off- Gally and Tarno both got over 16k and a faster pace in the last third especially, which seems right as we were moving well.

Commute, with long return via Palgrave NE.
I managed to inhale a full sized fdf right at the top of a hill where breathing hard, but was able to hack it out. Also had Suicide Squirrel run between my wheels at speed.

Part of workout 1 plus rehab. Feeling kinda blah after a hot run.

Bruce Trail North of 9. Heat and humidity really hit me hard especially in the open bits. but this section has a lot of nice mature forest and shade at least.
Ran into K/O twice.
