Nice easy run with Ed in Kolapore. Cool clear skies and perfect woods!
Includes some scrambling down to show Ed the Swamp cliffs.

Yes, swimming!
Finally got to try out my eBay tri wetsuit off the pier. Even though the water was warm, the flotation was very welcome. I even got some relatively smooth strokes in.









At least I look like I should know what I’m doing - out of the water. ;)

Rail trail to Inglewood, then steep rocky overgrown road allowance (AR-like but no mud) and Grange Hill to Belfountain then back, but first an iced soy mocha and a croissant at the bike shop/ cafe.

Note- drank 2L and was still down 2kg. Doubt I could drink much more while riding. Took all evening to rehydrate.
