4th booster yesterday, so expecting to feel pretty beat.
Took it easy- some light yard work and walked the dogs, but the big guy had me running a bit.

Perfect day for some extra singletrack. Ran into 5 horses too, who I followed for a while. They can really gallop up hill!

GPS missed a fast chunk in the middle- 2KM at solid tempo. Estimated.

Kolapore- Kingsway-John’s Portage with AD,.
Perfect spring run in phenomenal forest, and ideal temps.
Birds and wildflowers galore.
Mostly tempo, but 7 creeks for the pooch, and pulled up and carried out a whack of invasive Garlic Mustard in the last km.

Hiking the hounds. The big guy was at a brisk pace all hike.
Spent much of the day cleaning up ABC2 from attacking robins’ residue.
