Biking 53:34 intensity: (27:38 @0) + (25:56 @1) 5.38 mi (6.0 mph) +29m
ahr:91 max:135 shoes: 2015 Camber

Poor buddy was doing an okay enough job, until he lost focus and got his bars caught in a hedge and went down. He had been doing well so I didn't enforce pants wearing since it's still hot, so a little knee scuff. I carried him the last two blocks because I am a terrible coddler. He plans to ride home.

Then off the store for some missing seasoning. Great paddle cross training, when you give an exaggerated "WTF" arms to a semi that runs past the stop sign for the sidewalk.

Why sidewalk? Because it's a five lane road (two north, two south) with divided suicide style middle, and NO ONE rides there so there'd be no expectation of ever seeing a car. Plymouth Township is a scourge.

Then back to return the borrowed bike lock to Harvey's bike, which we barely need to lock because his buddy rides a very new Trek compared to his very used Giant.

12 PM

Biking 59:20 intensity: (42 @0) + (34:07 @1) + (16:37 @2) + (7:45 @3) + (9 @4) 12.6 mi (12.7 mph) +149m
ahr:134 max:165 shoes: Long Haul Trucker

Wasn't sure how far to go, so instead went north to Northville for exploration and hills. I ended up on some probably seldom-ridden-by-touring-bikes type terrain a little bit, which was fun.
3 PM

Biking 8:24 intensity: (2:20 @0) + (6:04 @1) 0.91 mi (6.5 mph)
ahr:96 max:115

Milk run on the free bike, trying not to sweat.

Biking 25:25 intensity: (14:23 @0) + (11:02 @1) 1.55 mi (3.7 mph)
ahr:88 max:117 shoes: 2015 Camber

Not sweating didn't matter, adding a backpack took care of that!

Pretty successful, speed is coming up. I need to get my back brake sorted to lengthen my wheelies.
