THE ELIMINATOR ADVENTURE RUN is "March Madness" DontGetLost Adventure Running style! Choose from one of two race formats:

Eliminator Adventure Run: A 2-hour choose-your-adventure run format with a twist. Participants will need to navigate to all of the green (easy) and blue (intermediate) checkpoints on their first map (or as we like to call it "Eliminate them") before 'unlocking' more blue (intermediate), black diamond (difficult) and double black diamond (expert) checkpoints on a second map.

Eliminator O-Cup: "Don't Get Lost and Don't Get Eliminated". A three-stage "knock-out" adventure run format. Yes it is March Madness DontGetLost style with three races in one! Each stage has 10-12 checkpoints including a section of 7 checkpoints (we call it a box) which participants may visit in any order. Participants have the option to skip checkpoints in the box equal to their handicap points (see below for details). The top 20 finishers after stage #1 continue on to stage #2 and the top 10 finishers of stage #2 continue on to stage #3. If you are "eliminated" from the race in either of the first or second stages you can still complete in the remaining stages but you will not be ranked in the top 20/10 (depending when you were eliminated). The Eliminator O-Cup is the final race in the 2015-2016 Orienteering Ontario O-Cup Series.
