Had a lot of sleep over the weekend. Feeling back on top of things now. But work is going to get a little crazy the next 3 weeks, so hopefully I can stay on top of things.
Upped the effort on a few segments. Aiming for at least 1, if not 2 Orienteering sessions this week.
Not intending to take so many days off, but I've just been too tired. I don't think it's from too much milage or too intense, but I feel like I can't get enough sleep. Don't think I'm getting sick, and think I'm eating well. Might back off my plan for the rest of the week and see how I respond.
