Plan was 32 minutes nonstop running, so I grabbed an old Holcom course. I ended up doing it forward and backward in order to hit the time. Satisfying to see that AP first classified this as a run. I feel like I'm getting back in shape.
Traveled 2 hours to Abilene KS to visit the Eisenhower Presidential Museum. Fun day with Mike, Georgann, Ron and Uncle Bert. I knew almost nothing about him, learned a lot and prompted lots of Googling and discussions during lunch and the drive home.

Constant/Burcham course. My legs felt dead at the start and I walked a lot to warm up. I planned 7 minutes of tempo running, I wasn't sure I could do it, so I decided to start and see how long I could go. I slowed down near the end, but made it for 7 minutes. Walked the rest after that.

Trails at Clinton Overlook, with a few hill repeats thrown in. I was surprised to see how many people were on the trails/in the park in the middle of the day. Perfect weather, cool and sunny. Podcasts helped pass the time.
