Partially collapsed lung, after slipping on slope onto back, yet oddly nothing was broken. Kept in hospital for 2 days.
There are no medical guidelines or detailed knowledge on recovery times and my symptoms were atypical. Kept active, listened to body and tried not to be too impatient! Less said about cause the better- orienteering in torrential rain in waterlogged forests.
