R Torso, Lower Back Pain

Started in November, actually, but finally took time off to really address in May, as stretching and normal PT and back exercises were not helping. turns out, I'm not straight (pelvis is oriented such that the right back is up and the lower front is down).

Explains why pain has always been on right since I was 19, Also explains the position (inner left heel and left 2nd toe) of blisters and why I'm less flexible on right side and twisting to the left)

never got better, just got tired of looking at it. going to ignore and push on.
