ran 5 minutes flat then started with a 3 degree incline and lifted it every two minutes, up to 13 degrees where I just did one minute and dropped the incline. Second round went all the way to 12 incline. the last 8 or so minutes I ran flat at 10 minute miles. And walked for the last 3 minutes of the workout.
