Figure 8 loops on radio hill. Did three full loops and 4x up radio hill to the top. Splits on the loops were: 7:38, 7:56, and 8:17. Felt strong starting out but sluggish later on.

WIOL #3 Bridle Trails: Trail-run O-meet. Was really wishing for more training under my belt for this one. If I can get back in shape I think I will be moving up in the results. I should also fare better at more technical courses than this one. Was a nice day to be out in the woods and I enjoyed it. Only room for significant improvement was my route choice to 7. Reading ahead better would have helped shave a few seconds also.
