At a stupid schrimage meet with Rachel. We had to go even though we didn't run.

Did an exercise where we had to look at clues and try to find a control in an area with nothing but that. Was wet and fun.

Then 1 easy and 1 hard back up to 4 with 8 lengths cool down.

Slowed it down so I didn't make any mistakes, surprised at how well I could read the map while moving since that was never my strong point. Felt like I had pretty good flow and looked ahead a lot.

Didn't make any mistakes again but I was pretty tired, fun course though!
Had a great time and for officially running my first red courses I would say it went pretty well. Not really feeling the NY weather right now though :/
