The most important part of a training exercise is the post AP reporting. Ran with Squirt and a friend from hockey Jeff. Took the waterfront trail. Sun was hiding today behind the clouds which made it a bit chillier than yesterday.

With double_downon11 while he's in the city. He kicked my ass into high gear for this one as it was fast paced. Amazing sunny morning. We headed out going west along the lakeshore and thus with the sun at our backs. Amazing how warm it was when we turned back east on the way back - a complete change in temps and the face/body really heated up in seconds.

Was proud when I forced myself to get up from my pre-bed nap and hauled myself to the gym. Was going to use the bike, but alas it was being used.

Followed the bike with some laps in the pool. Nice when you can get it done in the late afternoon and still have time at night.
