Orienteering 1:28:36 [3] 5.0 mi (17:43 / mi)

Orienteering at Prospect Hill Park, Waltham, MA. It had a lot of climb. The course was hard to follow due to the course being in purple which did not stand out well against the brown contour lines. Also, the numbers were far from the circles making it too easy to go to the wrong circle. A few circles were close and I ended up heading to the wrong circle twice.

First Bike ride of the season on a beautiful day. About 52 degrees outside. I was saddle sore after about 9 miles. The roads weren't too bad even though they haven't been cleaned up yet.

The outside of my right knee started to hurt me at about mile 7.4. I had to walk more and by mile 8.2 I had to walk the rest of the way home. Once I was home and just walking around, it felt fine.

Swam 1800 yards at YMCA pool. Did 300 freestyle, 300 breast stroke 3 times.
