Commuter ride in to work from Port Credit. Much faster on the new 29er than the old bike...and less work...again, should have bought a new bike a long time ago.

Started strong on the ride back but succumbed quickly to the wind (and my lack of general fitness...)

Great workout. Came out of the gate a bit fast (3:31 for the first 1000m). Was reading that one of the keys to PRs is negative splits...definitely not how I went after this workout.
