I think these workouts are too high 'stress' to be done on 1 day rest. Going to take a break from them.

Did the 1st at 315 and the last 3 intervals at 290.

no dice...got through 2, 3rd one was ugly, and dialled back to 295w for the 4th and could just hold on. Going to ride it again next week.
