Easy 65 minutes. Ran through the hood checking out the neighborhood and to see what is noth of the hotel. Ankles where a little sore from the run on Sunday. After the run I did 4 X:15 strides and felt really good, felt fast. After the run I went in and did leg ext, curls and squats.

Long run in Omaha. Plan was to run 2:45 at a 9:40 pace. Started out with a tail wind so pace was a little fast at the beginning. I slowed the pace down but kept finding myself speeding up.
