Felt bad about having such a crap run in the morning so I went out again 10 mins jogging then uphill drills (butt kicks, ankling, high knees, bounding strides, skip)

hills- ran the street that's by our house, pushing up hill each time. On the way there it was a shorter but steeper hill, then on the way back it was a longer not as steep hill, and while going downhill I jogged instead of my usual walking. I did 3 reps of there and back, and probably could've done more physically but mentally I just wasn't feeling it- like I was bored out of my mind.
