Very pleasant plod around course 2. Legs feeling very slow! Went straight to the first control so decided to try and keep to the line after that.

NOL relay - Wattle Gully

Ended up with a last-minute full team thanks to Maya running up. Legs felt even slower today, and had a patch in the middle with what felt like period pain but wasn't. Was very much a lonely slog - saw Rebecca George at 7 but she went straight through me. Navigation was fine, but not really precise. Just very slow with no energy in my legs.
