Running 40:00 [3] 5.3 mi (7:33 / mi)

In Caye Caulker, Belize. Basically we went once around the entire island. Very tired after diving and had a stomach ache too.

Hiking 2:00:00 [1]

From Casa del Mundo, Jaibalito, Guatemala to San Marcos la Laguna. Nice hike along the lake.

Hiking 5:00:00 [3]

Up the Agua Volcano in Antigua, Guatemala (3 hours) and back down again (2 hours). Agua is 3766m high. Weather was nice and contrary to expectations we didn't get mugged!

Running 49:36 [3] 6.4 mi (7:45 / mi)

Home to Arsenal direct, with Karen and Abi. Pace felt much faster and tougher than it was. Probably combination of running last night+MIMM+jetlag. At least that's what I hope.

Running 1:02:08 [3] 8.5 mi (7:19 / mi)

To Jamaica Pond. 25:17 there, 11:06 around and 25:45 back. AHR 147. Tried to take it easy after the jet-lag flight back from Europe yesterday. Actually felt pretty good!!

Running 31:21 [4] 4.0 mi (7:50 / mi)

Ibiza: Down the hill and back up again. Pretty hot, pretty steep, pretty tired from the MIMM

Swimming 30:00 [2]

Trying to loosen up my bones a bit. Pretty painful.

Orienteering (Mountain Matahon) 6:26:31 [3] 32.5 km (11:54 / km)

Day 2 of the MIMM: 16.5km, 1600m cliimb. This one was worse. After three hours I really died, but was determined to finish. My poor partner had to wait for me quite a bit, but in the end we did it. Dropped from 14th to 25th of 63 starters and 45 finishers. Try again next year...

Weather was beautiful though.

Orienteering (Mountain Marathon) 5:51:20 [3] 34.0 km (10:20 / km)

Day 1 of Mammut Intl Mountain Marathon: 17.3km and 1660m climb. Sounds slow but this is not your usual O-event: Straight across the mountains, over scree and rocks, or miles around the paths..

Felt good for the first three hours, then totally died. Had trouble standing up straight after the run.

Afterwards we pitched camp and ate with all the stuff we had carried on our backs. Pretty intense, the whole thing.

Running 47:50 [3] 6.0 mi (7:58 / mi)

In Fluelen, Switzerland. Just up the hill from the campsite and around a bit, with Phil. Beautiful views of Lake Lucerne

Running 37:30 [3] 5.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

In Cologne, around the forest near my parents house.

Running 37:50 [3] 5.2 mi (7:17 / mi)

Twice around Fresh Pond (2.5m each): 18.33, then 17.52. Very sticky, was really exhausted towards the end.

Orienteering (Rogaine) 3:03:32 [3] 17.3 km (10:37 / km)

Not really a Rogaine but more of a Long-O. Doing all 30 controls at Fort Rock turned out to be 14.5k+280m climb. 3 hours seems like a long time but it was pretty thick out there, plus it's quite technical in places. We did 8.3k in 79 minutes at an O event in April, so I guess the time is about right.
Ran with Abi, we came second to Alar (2h51)
