Orienteering 48:09 [4] 5.7 km (8:27 / km) +150m 7:28 / km

Went to an event near Epernay that was supposed to be a "Regionale" but turned out to be the world's smallest orienteering event. 9 people in total showed up, and when we got there to do the long course, the organiser grabbed some controls and went to hang them because we were the only ones and he wouldn't have bothered otherwise. Also, he forgot his watch at home so it was "self-timed". I'm still looking for those results on the internet..

It was a beautiful day in nice woods (if a little thorny as usual), loved it. Map a little dodgy, but found most of the controls straight away, if only because they were hung very high

Helped the poor guy take in control, good thing because I needed some more exercise anyway

Nice afternoon run near Epernay, France. Rolling hills, sunset, woods with fallen leaves, vineyards, mud, "no trespassing" signs. What more can you want?

The morning run. Horribly tired. We had wind for the first time today, felt like running along the Esplanade at times..
