Pathetic attempt at a fast Richmond Park loop. Stopped halfway to regroup.

Just no prucha today, and the weather was hot again which didn’t help - like it has been for the last two months. While that’s lovely for sitting in the garden, it’s less lovely for training.

Second half of the loop, easyish.

Total time 57.52 vs fastest time of 53.39 - so I guess not a complete disaster but I do yearn for the times when running fast came easy and was fun rather than just hard work

Couldn’t face the gym again so went out for a run instead. Pretty hot but so nice to be out, and felt pretty good. Calf held up fine.

Same as always. 511 kcal vs 517 highest and 501 last week.

Felt really good on the bike section but weak on the elliptical. Overall ok after Sunday’s effort though.

I do hate the gym not so much in itself but more because in less time, I could have burnt more calories doing a nice run...
