At long last I have a work project again, which is good for the wallet but not so good for training, especially during half term when the kids are home, as time just disappears.
Woke up feeling tired and a bit stressed out, so this was always going to be painful. So much so that after two thirds of the way round the loop, I just fancied a nice walk / jog back instead.
